Chariho Middle School PTO

 The Westerly Community Credit Union will contribute $3 to the CMS PTO for each hour of volunteer work completed and logged by a CMS student.  Volunteer work may be completed in or out of school.  Print out and complete the form below, and return it to the main office.  Thanks to all of our student volunteers for sharing their time and energy!
